We've built Omnisio with protection at every step — for customers who want confidence in their bookings, and for businesses who want fair, transparent terms.

Protected payments

Every payment on Omnisio is processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers. Your card details are never stored on Omnisio's servers — they go directly to Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

After you book, your payment is held securely. Funds are only released to the business 48 hours after your scheduled appointment time — giving you time to raise a dispute if something isn't right.

Dispute resolution

If a service wasn't delivered as described, you have a 48-hour window after your scheduled appointment time to raise a dispute directly from your Orders page. Our team reviews every dispute and responds within 2 business days.

Where a dispute is upheld, payments can be fully or partially refunded. We act as a neutral facilitator — we review evidence from both sides before making any decision.

Verified reviews

Every review on Omnisio is tied to a real, completed booking. You can only leave a review after your appointment has taken place — which means every rating you see is genuine. No fake reviews, no incentivised testimonials.

Business accountability

Every business on Omnisio must agree to our Terms and Conditions before listing. This includes:

  • Providing accurate and truthful service descriptions
  • Fulfilling confirmed bookings as advertised
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance
  • Connecting a verified Stripe account before accepting payments

We reserve the right to remove any listing or account that violates these standards, and we take reports of misconduct seriously.

Your data, protected

Omnisio is operated by itsstartupsLTD, a company registered in England and Wales. We are committed to complying with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We only collect data that is necessary to operate the platform.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Where we use third-party processors (Stripe, Supabase, Resend), we ensure they operate to appropriate data protection standards.
